Job Description

  • Work closely with Tele callers and Sales Executives
  • Monitor site visits and revisits
  • Push for closings
  • Handle customer objections and negotiations
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Take responsibility for target achievement
  • Update CRM / SD sheets regularly
  • Track lead status and conversions
  • Convert enquiries into Site Visits (SDs), Revisits, and Closings.
  • Ensure regular site visits from assigned leads.
  • Every Site Visit must be properly attended and followed up.
  • SD status must be updated within 24 hours.
  • Revisits must be planned and executed without delay.
  • Monitor daily performance of team members.
  • Ensure discipline and productivity.
  • Take responsibility for team targets.
  • Personally involve in serious customer discussions.
  • Support negotiations and finalize deals.
