The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT and/or Non-IT staffing sales, client relationship management, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
