Develop and execute business development strategies for B2B SaaS and HRM solutions, with a focus on time attendance and payroll systems
Identify, acquire, and develop enterprise customers and strategic partners
Build and manage long-term client relationships while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and take ownership of revenue targets
Coach, support, and supervise the sales team in acquiring new clients
Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose growth strategies
Support senior management in key business and strategic decisions
Recruit, train, and scale the B2B business development and sales team
