Corporate Development Analyst

We are looking for a high-agency Business Development Manager to work directly with the Founder across two fast-scaling brands — Matamaal (hospitality) and Kanz & Muhul (global agro-commodities & D2C spices).
This is a Founder's Office role designed for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth.
What You'll Work On
1. Restaurant & Hospitality (Matamaal)
- New outlet expansion strategy & financial modeling
- Same-store growth analysis (AOV, covers, margins, contribution)
- Menu engineering & aggregator optimization (Zomato/Swiggy)
- Investor decks, MIS reporting & fund-raise support
- Brand positioning & experiential event collaborations
2. FMCG / D2C / E-commerce (Kanz & Muhul)
