Job Description
POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: The Business Development Manager is overall responsible for driving business growth, lead generation, and client acquisition for the Home Destination Centre and Turnkey projects vertical. The role involves identifying strategic channel partners, pitching bespoke Fabindia Turnkey IDS solutions, and managing end-to-end client relationships to maximize revenue.

1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation
- Identify & Network: Build a robust pipeline of channel partners, including architects, interior designers, builders, brokers, hospitality chains, and government bodies.
- Prospecting: Actively generate high-quality B2B and premium B2C leads through targeted field visits, industry networking, and market research.
