Business Development Manager

Kelly Services' has partnered with a client in Grimsby, ON to recruit for a Direct Hire Perm role of Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Report to Global Sales & Marketing Manager (GSMM)
• Research and cold-call new prospective customers from approved target/industry list, building new relationships
• Gather customer information, assessing customer needs and identifying areas company could provide costumer solutions
• Connect and brainstorm with other team members (ie. Sales, Design, Electrical, Assembly, Manufacturing, etc.) for potential solutions to customer needs
• Create and present presentation
• Ensure regular communication and follow-ups with customer via phone and email
• Organize and attend in-person meetings and site visits
