Hartmann Young is partnered with a fast-growing European nutraceutical and functional food manufacturing group to appoint a Business Development / Commercial Manager – Spain, Italy or Portugal.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in accelerating new customer acquisition across Southern Europe, with Spain as the initial core market focus.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own new customer acquisition across Southern Europe, with Spain as the primary launch market
  • Proactively identify, approach, and win new customers (hunter mindset)
  • Open doors at mid-to-large nutraceutical brands, retailers, and emerging megabrands
  • Act as a credible innovation partner, not just a salesperson
  • Understand formulations, formats, claims and trends and translate customer needs into opportunities
