Your Mission

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy for the DACH region
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with Business Unit targets
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within target verticals
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners
  • Support the on-boarding and mentoring of future sales talents as the organization grows

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify opportunities and close deals as a result of the full sales cycle support
  • Achieve and measure Biz Dev KPIs and ensure alignment with the Business Unit revenue targets
  • Develop strategic account plans and regional growth strategies
  • Identify new customers and market opportunities
  • Conduct customer visits and maintain strong field presence across the region
