Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Japanese Business Development Manager to lead affiliate recruitment, relationship management, and internal coordination for our Japanese market. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication,

organizational, and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Identify, contact, and onboard new Japanese affiliates / IBs.
  • Provide guidance on registration, promotions, and product offerings.

Affiliate Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Japanese affiliates / IBs.
  • Address inquiries, share updates, and ensure satisfaction.

Compliance & Monitoring:
