What will you do

 Onboard travel agents onto our
platform through calls and
meetings. 

 Assist agents with KYC (Know
Your Customer) document
collection and completion. 

 Facilitate visa applications for
agents' clients, including gathering
necessary documents and
submitting them to relevant
authorities.

  Provide excellent customer service
to travel agents and their clients. 

 Assist with other administrative
tasks related to agent onboarding
and visa processing.

What will you need

 Prior 3- 8 years of experience in the travel
industry (highly preferred). 

 Familiarity with outbound tourism and travel
agent operations (a plus).
