Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and project acquisition across Go Hub Capital’s core solution verticals — including Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Automated Fare Collection (AFC), Open Payment Systems, Integrated Ticketing, Smart Mobility Platforms, and ICT infrastructure. This role requires strong commercial acumen, tender management capability, government liaison experience, and the ability to engage Chinese-speaking principals, OEMs, technology partners, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
A. Business & Revenue Growth
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
- Automated Fare Collection (AFC)
- Transit Payment & Open Loop Systems
- Smart Bus / Rail Ticketing
- Taxi & Mobility Platforms
- Terminal Operating Systems
- Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.
