Business development manager

Overview

At CARRASCO TOOL COMPONENTS we are specialists in the design and manufacturing of spare components and engineering services for moulds and dies, with a strong focus on aluminium high‑pressure die casting (HPDC) for the automotive sector. We work with top‑tier OEMs and Tier1/Tier2 suppliers across Europe, EMENA and North America.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a unique combination of strategic vision + technical knowledge + experience in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive our international expansion with OEMs and Tier1/Tier2 accounts.
• Lead salespeople and commercial agents across key markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and define growth plans.
• Represent the company at major trade fairs and high‑level technical visits.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to deliver technical solutions to clients.
