Job Description

The role is responsible for driving corporate and enterprise sales for employee transport services by acquiring new clients and managing the complete sales lifecycle. The position focuses on understanding client transportation needs, designing customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals while ensuring revenue growth and target achievement. The role also involves building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, collaborating with operations for effective service delivery, and expanding existing accounts through retention, upselling, and cross-selling. A strong result-oriented mindset, independent account management, and on-ground B2B sales experience in employee transport are essential.
