Job Description The Business Development Manager will identify new Market opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and position our manufacturing solutions as industry leaders.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and prospect new clients in CMP Focus Markets and other emerging markets where CMP competencies and capabilities may offer market advantage (Warehouse Automation & Robotics, Energy Storage, Homeland Security & Screening, Transportation, Data Centers, etc.)
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire Business Development process, from initial outreach, customer/opportunity evaluation, request for proposal, management of quotation process, proposal preparation and presentation, negotiations and contract signing.
  • Technical Analysis: Collaborate with the relevant CMP Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams to assess project feasibility and develop and propose CMP specific solutions.
