Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of the 2GO Retail agent network in Visayas and Mindanao.
• Acquire customers and accounts for domestic and international Delivery services.
• Expand and activate high-quality retail agents in priority VISMIN areas.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard agents with complementary businesses and established local networks.
• Drive agent activation and productivity beyond initial sign-ups.
• Ensure agents meet minimum revenue, compliance, and remittance thresholds.
• Own the full agent lifecycle from acquisition to retention or suspension.
• Acquire SME, trader, e-commerce, and corporate accounts for Delivery services.
• Grow domestic and international courier and cargo volumes through agents and direct business development efforts.
• Convert agent walk-in customers into repeat shippers.
