Job Description

Devix Kitchens is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our relationships with custom home builders and interior designers across the GTA.

What you'll do

  • Hunt and bring in new builder/designer accounts
  • Book meetings, follow up, and build long-term relationships
  • Get quote requests and close projects
  • (If you can make cabinet drawings in CV or Mozaik and coordinate approvals, its a strong asset)

Compensation

  • Commission-based (strong earning potential)
  • Our typical full-house millwork packages are $200K–$300K+

What we're looking for

  • B2B sales experience ( cabinetry, millwork, architectural rep for laminates)
  • Strong communication and follow-up
  • Comfortable prospecting and dealing with high-end clients

Location: GTA (in-person outreach + meetings)
