Location

Based within the defined territory, preferably near a Chubb Regional or Branch Office. Nashville area preferred, but other locations will be considered.

VP, Regional Business Development and Nashville Branch Manager

Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) drives business growth within an assigned territory by managing relationships with brokers, agents, and distribution partners. Focus is on Chubb’s Small Commercial, Middle Market, and Financial Lines products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Chubb ambassador for a select group of agents.
  • Manage agency relationships, including new client acquisition and ongoing client management.
