Summary:
The Business Development Manager will lead strategic client engagement and growth across the Marine, Shipbuilding, and Defence sectors, with a primary focus on Canada's National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS) and related programs. Reporting to the President, this role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with prime contractors, shipyards, and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, while driving new business opportunities and supporting key accounts. The position combines commercial acumen with an understanding of technical and engineering environments, particularly within shipbuilding and complex industrial projects.
