An exciting opportunity exists within Bunzl Safety & Lifting for a sales-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in a full-time capacity.


Reporting to a supportive Sales Manager who values collaboration, accountability, and performance, you will be responsible for delivering sales and margin growth through a combination of new business development and strategic account management.


You will manage your assigned territory in South-East Queensland as your “own business”, with a strong focus on:

  • Building and maintaining an active pipeline

  • Winning new business opportunities

  • Growing and developing key customer relationships

    • You will be supported by a knowledgeable team and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver strong customer outcomes across industrial, construction, and resource sectors.
