Your Role at The Trading Pit (TTP):
As a **Business Development Manager** at **The Trading Pit (TTP)**, you will play a key role in expanding our global network of affiliates, academies, and partners to drive trader acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll represent one of the fastest-growing proprietary trading ecosystems in the world — built on transparency, opportunity, and performance.
This position reports to the Head of Business Development and can be based in one of our hubs (Cyprus, Spain, or remote, depending on region).
**You will**:
- Develop and grow partnerships: Identify, attract, and onboard new affiliates, trading academies, and influencer partners in your region to promote TTP’s proprietary trading programs (Futures, CFDs, Stocks, and upcoming asset classes).
- Manage and nurture existing partners: Strengthen relationships with current affiliates and academies through consistent communication, performance analysis, and tailored commercial strategies.
