Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance business development or insurance sales. Strong understanding of insurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., RE 5 and RE 1) will be advantageous.
