Job Scope

  • Identify new opportunities in construction/engineering sectors.
  • Manage tenders, Expression of Interests, and proposals (coordinate with tech team).
  • Identify market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer requirements to drive business growth.
  • Create and implement strategies to secure new contracts and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute action plans for aftermarket business growth and marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain pipeline reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Engineering.
  • 5+ years experience in Engineering/Construction sales in Malaysia.
