Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will lead the acquisition and growth of national key accounts, primarily in the FMCG sector. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in sales, key account management, and business development, preferably within logistics or FMCG industries. The BDM will drive new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the companys revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management role.
- Must have experience working within the logistics or FMCG industries.
- With at least 3 years of people management or leadership experience.
