  • Drive business development and account management across Corporate, MICE, Wholesale, Inbound and Leisure segments.
  • Manage and grow key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Promote Accor brands, products and services to maximise revenue and market share.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, networking events and trade shows.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates and terms in line with hotel revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, PCOs and industry partners.
  • Work collaboratively with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to achieve hotel objectives.
  • Maintain accurate client records, account plans, forecasts and sales reports within approved systems.
