Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, managing strategic partnerships, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting the firm's growth initiatives. The candidate will work closely with leadership and internal teams to expand the firm's client base and strengthen market presence.


Qualifications


CA Inter with MBA or MBA in Business Development / Marketing / Business Administration


510 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition


Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills


Experience in client presentations, proposal preparation, and deal closures


Ability to identify new markets, opportunities, and partnerships


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Worksp...
