Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, organized Business Development Manager and Inside Sales Representative who is comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and driving revenue through proactive outreach. This role focuses on lead qualification and maintaining strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience with inside sales, SDR, BDR, or related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot).
