Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development professional who can bring new IT business to the company through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for IT services / software solutions / staffing services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, emails, and references.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Work closely with recruitment/technical delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
