Key Account Management

  • Manage strategic relationships with major Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers, driving customer satisfaction, business growth, and long-term partnerships.

End-to-End Program Management

  • Take ownership of the complete customer engagement lifecycle, including:
  • Customer interactions and relationship management
  • Lead generation and opportunity development
  • Understanding customer technical specifications and requirements
  • Coordinating with Business Units for technical feasibility and feedback
  • Preparation and submission of commercial quotations
  • Sample coordination and customer validation
  • Driving product design-in activities through to SOP
  • Ensuring successful project execution leading to revenue generation
