Job Description
Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Manager (DM Level – Textile Unit)
Reporting To: Head of Operations
Role Purpose
To drive revenue growth for the Textile Unit by acquiring and closing B2B clients for CMT manufacturing, institutional/corporate uniforms, and recycled-fabric products, while owning pricing, negotiations, client relationships, and execution-focused marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate sales for CMT orders, bulk uniform programs, and recycled-fabric products.
Own monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement.
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
Prepare costing sheets, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Lead price, MOQ, payment term, and delivery negotiations with clients.
Close bulk orders and long-term rate contracts.
Forecast revenue and submit regular sales performance reports.
