We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder who can understand project requirements and convert them into clients for our custom development services.
Shift: Night Shift (Pakistan Time)
Job Type: On-site / Full-time
Responsibilities:
Find relevant projects on Upwork
Technically understand client requirements before applying
Write customized proposals (no copy-paste)
Communicate with clients and handle initial discussions
Coordinate with the development team
Follow up and convert leads into deals
Maintain daily activity reports
Requirements:
2+ year Upwork bidding/lead generation experience
Strong technical understanding of software projects
Experience closing/bidding on custom web application development projects (not CRM/WordPress template jobs)
Good English communication & writing skills
Able to work night shift (PK time)
Target-oriented and self-managed
Preferred:
Familiar with React, , Django, React Native type of projects, et...
