Key Responsibilities

·        Connect with students and professionals via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.

·        Understand learner requirements and explain suitable courses and programs.

·        Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.

·        Assist in counselling students regarding course structure, benefits, and career outcomes.

·        Maintain lead data and interaction records accurately.

·        Support the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.

·        Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
