Business Development & Growth Executive

Brand Hero is a B2B conversion design studio — 135+ projects, 85+ clients, 10+ countries over a decade. We work with funded, scaling B2B companies whose websites and sales assets aren't converting the traffic they're paying for. We're moving from referral-led to system-led growth, and you'll be the engine of that.
This is a top-of-funnel sales role. Your job is to fill the founder's calendar with qualified calls. Specifically:
- Build prospect lists of ICP B2B companies
- Run cold outreach — LinkedIn DMs, email, and calls — to founders and marketing heads in India, the Gulf, Europe and beyond
- Reactivate and warm up our decade-deep network of past clients and contacts
- Qualify conversations: figure out who has budget, urgency, and a real conversion problem
