Job Description
The Business Development Group (BDG) Team Lead is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a Guadalajara, Mexico based sales team dedicated to the development of accounts across North America. The Team Lead will organize and lead the team to ensure all accounts receive adequate coverage and the level of support expected by the Business Development Group. The Team Lead champions sound business and quality principles that support TTI’s reputation and mission statement. This individual provides direct guidance and support based on its own sales experience to ensure growth in key areas such as sales, gross profit, and active customer numbers within a defined account portfolio.
