- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Poland, identifying opportunities in the business services sector
- Actively acquire new B2B clients and manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to the UK headquarters
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Prepare commercial proposals, sales presentations and supporting materials
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product and operations teams in the UK to tailor and refine the service offering for the Polish market
