  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Poland, identifying opportunities in the business services sector

  • Actively acquire new B2B clients and manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals

  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to the UK headquarters

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners

  • Prepare commercial proposals, sales presentations and supporting materials

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and operations teams in the UK to tailor and refine the service offering for the Polish market

  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports on pipeline, activities and results
