We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Toronto. The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship building, proactive prospecting, and opportunity development within the commercial real estate industry. This role focuses on cultivating strong broker and industry relationships, generating qualified tenant leads, and supporting the successful transition of opportunities to the Client Relations team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with real estate brokers to develop and strengthen professional relationships
  • Maintain ongoing communication with brokers and industry contacts to ensure top‑of‑mind presence
  • Build strategic partnerships that generate new tenant opportunities and market intelligence
  • Secure introductions to tenants currently active in the market
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of broker‑driven opportunities
