About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development professional to drive new business opportunities in the commercial interior fit-out space. This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from corporates, developers, architects & PMCs
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Coordinate proposals, estimates & presentations
- Lead negotiations and convert opportunities into confirmed projects
- Maintain CRM and BD pipeline reporting
What We're Looking For
- 4–10 years of experience in interior fit-out / construction BD
