We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Freshers)


Leadassist is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur.

📍 Location: Nirman Nagar, Jaipur (Onsite)

💼 Experience: Freshers welcome

💰 CTC: ₹3 – 5 LPA (based on profile) + performance incentives


What you'll do:

  • Handle inbound leads coming in through Facebook and
  • Make calls to understand customer needs and pitch our offerings
  • Convert inbound leads into paying customers
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline


What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
  • Any graduate; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory
