Role Overview
This is a pure business development (hunter) role focused entirely on new client acquisition and revenue generation within the recruitment industry.
You will be responsible for generating new corporate accounts, driving sales growth, and closing deals. Recruitment delivery and candidate management will be handled by internal recruitment consultants.
This is not an account servicing or recruitment execution role.
This is a remote work-from-home position, requiring strong self-discipline, high activity levels, and results-driven performance.
