Job Description

Role overview:

• Support end-to-end vendor sourcing, cold calling, online research, and client communication.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage email correspondence and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct outreach calls and follow-up with vendors and clients.
• Assist in day-to-day procurement operations and vendor onboarding.
• Perform online research to discover new vendor opportunities and market intelligence.

Job Specification

• Must-have: Strong English communication skills.
• Must-have: Basic computer proficiency (internet research, email handling, Excel).
• Must-have: Ability to work night shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
