Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our business development team and drive lead generation efforts for international markets. You will be responsible for identifying key accounts, reaching out to decision-makers (CXOs, Product Heads, Tech Leaders), and scheduling qualified meetings for our custom software development and team augmentation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new accounts for offshore software development services, managed services
  • Manage the end-to-end Business Development and Sales process from Lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy
  • Identify potential business partners, explore opportunities for partnerships
  • Ability to build strong rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative approach, and balance assertive sales follow-up
