Role Purpose
MYINSTANTTEAM (MIT) is hiring a Business Development Executive whose sole responsibility is generating new revenue for the company.
This role exists to make MIT self-sufficient in sales. You will own new client acquisition end-to-end—from lead generation through close. You will not rely on company founders or leadership to provide clients.
Success is measured by new monthly recurring revenue you personally close.
What You Will Own (New Business Only)
You are responsible for new client acquisition, including:
- Proactively source and qualify new leads (outbound + inbound)
- Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers
- Present MIT services clearly and confidently
