Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, events, or agency services.

This role is for a hunter — someone who can generate leads, do manual prospecting and scraping, cold call, follow up, and close deals.

You will receive company prospect lists, but you are also expected to generate your own leads through manual research, LinkedIn, exhibitor lists, and outbound outreach.

Candidates with experience in exhibitions, event companies, or stand contractors and/or an existing client database will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through manual scraping, LinkedIn, exhibitor lists, directories, and research
  • Build and manage a personal lead database
  • Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, emails, and follow-ups
  • Convert prospects into meetings, proposals, and closed deals
