Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for Metal Mandi, connect with customers, share product details, generate leads, and support basic sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain Metal Mandis products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records and update daily call reports.
• Share pricing, product availability, and order-related information as required.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.

Skills Required
