Skills: Communication, objection handling, outbound outreach (LinkedIn/email/calls), startups and hiring ecosystem, CRM/Sheets, persistence.

Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to startups/HRs/founders, execute outbound campaigns, pitch Proof-of-Skill, schedule demos, manage sales pipeline, work with founders on GTM execution.
