CoreSync is a global executive research and talent solutions firm helping companies across the US, Europe, and Asia hire smarter through research, insights, and data.
We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can take ownership of our branding, business development, and outreach strategy. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape how CoreSync is seen, heard, and experienced by clients and the wider market.
You'll work closely with the founding team to build a strong brand presence, nurture partnerships, and turn insights into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Outreach
• Identify potential clients across law firms, corporates, NBFCs, and startups.
• Conduct 30–40 outreach calls per day (HR heads, Partners, CXOs).
• Schedule and conduct intro meetings for Suhani (Founder) + join calls when required.
