Job Description

Personnel Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to take ownership of outbound sales activity and revenue generation.

This role will involve building a structured sales pipeline from scratch, developing new business opportunities, and then maintaining and growing that pipeline through consistent follow-up and account development.

This is a hybrid role combining business development, account management, and light marketing activity, suited to someone who is organised, self-motivated, and confident operating independently in a small business.

Hours -

8am - 5pm

Monday to Friday

Up to £32,000 + Commission
