Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT services or staff augmentation industry.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation, IT outsourcing, and technology services.
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve business development targets in a fast-paced environment.
