Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development (Core Function)

• Actively identify, approach, and source potential clients requiring staffing, manpower, or payroll services.
• Conduct cold calls, walk-ins, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Understand client business needs and propose suitable manpower solutions.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

2. Marketing & Lead Generation

• Execute marketing strategies aimed at generating client leads.
• Promote staffing services through social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.
• Support preparation of company profiles, service decks, quotations, and proposals.
• Assist in market research to identify industries, locations, and businesses with hiring needs.
