Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development (Core Function)
- Actively identify, approach, and source potential clients requiring staffing, manpower, or payroll services.
- Conduct cold calls, walk-ins, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable manpower solutions.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute marketing strategies aimed at generating client leads.
- Promote staffing services through social media, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Support preparation of company profiles, service decks, quotations, and proposals.
