About the Team

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (Offline & Online Acquisition) to expand and activate the ParcelDaily merchant ecosystem. This role focuses on acquiring new offline merchants and driving activation of newly registered online merchants until they reach defined performance thresholds.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Acquisition (Offline & Online)

  2. Identify and onboard new offline customers.

  3. Manage newly registered online customers.
  4. Execute targeted outreach strategies to convert high-potential online customers into active transacting customers.
  5. Build strong early-stage relationships to accelerate customer ramp-up.

  6. Merchant Activation & Graduation

  7. Drive first-transaction conversion for newly onboarded customers.

  8. Monitor customers' performance and proactively engage accounts with low or declining activity.
