• Promote in-house brand to developers and interior designers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Engage with potential customers to offer solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documents
• Ensure product inclusion in tender documents
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Provide positive assistance and guidance to customers
• Monitor and execute various sales plans and activities
